How much does OnePlus shipping cost?
Shipping costs on OnePlus orders will depend on what you're ordering and where it's being shipped to, but by and large, orders to the UK mainland will incur between £10 - £15 in delivery fees.
All charges for your order will be displayed at the checkout before you order, so keep an eye out for these before you finalise your purchase. Note that OnePlus occasionally runs free shipping offers, which may apply to minimum order spends (e.g. £60 or more), or to specific products.
Is there a OnePlus Black Friday sale?
Yes, the OnePlus Black Friday sale has already begun, with up to 30% off selected products available to early bird members. The sale launched early bird access on October 29th, with the main sale due to begin on November 17th, carrying on through Black Friday (November 28th) and into Cyber Monday (December 2nd).
As well as savings of up to £150 off selected phones, earbuds and wearables, and up to 30% off accessories, members will also find a number of additional chances to earn RedCoins, which can be redeemed for exclusive discounts through the Red Cable Club.

Are OnePlus phones Android?
Yes, OnePlus smartphones work on Android-based operating systems known as OxygenOS and ColorOS, so you have full access to all the great features of Android, such as the Play Store and Google Pay.
What is Red Cable Club?
Red Cable Club is OnePlus' members rewards scheme, and lets users earn RedCoins on their purchases and for interacting with the community. Coins can then be redeemed against orders for discounts, plus the more you earn, the higher you'll climb through the ranks, meaning the better rewards you earn.
You'll start at Explorer rank, which lets you redeem a free shipping code, as well as codes for £10 off phones, £20 off tablets, £10 off accessories, and £10 off audio tech & wearables. Once you reach 2000 Coins, you'll progress to Insider, when you'll earn an extra free shipping code and codes for £30 off phones, £30 off tablets, £20 off accessories, and £20 off audio tech & wearables.
As you keep earning, you'll hit Elite at 5000 Coins, then Supreme at 10,000 Coins. Reaching both will net you one more free shipping coupon, and codes for £50 off phones, £50 off tablets, £30 off accessories, and £30 off audio tech & wearables. You can also earn 200 extra coins for every device you link to your account.
Members of Red Cable Club also get access to members-only deals, with Red Cable Club Day taking place on 17th and 18th of every month and offering up to 20% off selected products. To join the service and get started, just create and sign in to a OnePlus account.
Does OnePlus run a trade-in scheme?
Yes, you can trade in old tech to get up to £150 off new OnePlus models. To get started, simply head to the brand's dedicated page and provide some details about your model and its condition.
Once you've received your quote, you can apply your discount to a new device at the checkout. Once you've placed your order, you'll need to send your old tech to OnePlus' trade-in partner, World Business SRL, within 30 days.
What is the OnePlus returns policy?
OnePlus customers can return items to the brand if they do so within 15 days of making their purchase, but be aware that the returns process is quite obscure, and all items will need to be unopened and sent back in their original packaging and with all items originally included to qualify for a refund. To initiate a return, get in touch with the brand's team to create an RMA and get more details on the return shipping process.
