Amazon Prime Day is officially over, but there are some big Dyson deals still available – here are the best bargains

You can score $80 off the Airstrait right now. This innovative styler uses a directed blade of air to smooth hair as it dries it, leaving your locks looking naturally straight with less heat damage than if you were to use a traditional heated straightener. This Dyson.com deal is only on the the Prussian Blue/Rich Copper version of the Airstrait (yesterday, Amazon had a deal on the Pink version, but that's expired now).

The V15s had a $200 price cut for Prime Big Deal days, and it's still kicking around now. Although it's not quite the cheapest this vacuum-mop has ever been, it's still an extremely strong discount. The base model here is the V15 – which is one the most advanced, tech-packed and high-performing Dyson cordless vacuums – with an extra compatible mopping floorhead that can be attached to take care of wet cleaning on hard floors. This deal is also available at Best Buy, Walmart, and at Dyson US.

There's $250 off the V9 Motorbar at Best Buy, and this deal is also available direct from Dyson. This is a new addition to the Dyson lineup, and its specs are similar to the V8 but it boasts a more suction-efficient design, a useful LDC screen, and faster recharging. It's also very lightweight, but the dust cup is small, so it's better suited to small homes or homes without too much dirt.

If you need something serious for deep cleaning, you can't beat Dyson's Ball Animal 3. This vacuum isn't discounted at Amazon, but there's $200 off when you head direct to Dyson. Beware, this vac is heavy and bulky, but boasts an incredible amount of suction power. This deal is also available at Walmart, where you'll also find an older version discounted to $229.99 (was $329.99).

Head direct to Dyson to pick up the Airwrap i.d. for an all-time lowest price, with $100 off. You can choose your bundle: Straight+Wavy or Curly+Coily, with slightly different extra attachments to suit each hair type. Whichever you pick, you'll get the all-important auto-wrap curl barrels. As I highlighted in my Dyson Airwrap i.d. review, this model has a switch the launches an automated wrap-curl-cold shot sequence that takes all the effort and guesswork out of creating perfect curls. Note: this offer is only available in the Prussian Blue/Rich Copper colorway.

If you're after a Dyson V8, the best place to go is not Amazon. Instead, head to Walmart or to Dyson.com, where you'll find a massive $240 off list price. This discount crops up on occasion, but it's rare to see it any cheaper. The V8 is the oldest model in the current Dyson lineup, but it remains extremely popular. It's simple but effective, with strong suction and great maneuverability. You'll also get a compact, motorized Hair screw tool for cleaning upholstery.

The iconic Supersonic hair dryer has had an $80 price drop when you head direct to Dyson. The Nural is the newest version of the Supersonic dryer, with the same streamlined and easy-to-wield shape, but added smarts like the ability to automatically adjust temperature depending on how close the dryer is to your head, plus attachment memory. The slight catch is that this deal is only available on the Prussian Blue/Rich Copper version.

There's a major discount on the older version of the Supersonic if you head to Dyson.com. This model might lack the smarts of the newer Nural, but it's still very powerful and easy to direct, and at the current price it's an absolute bargain.

This supersized Dyson vacuum has $150 off list price, which isn't a great deal, to be honest – it was down to $929.99 on Tuesday. The Gen5outsize is based on the Gen5detect – with the same advanced features, including automatic suction adjustment – but with a bigger dust cup and wider floorhead, making it perfect for big houses.

There's still a deal on the Hot+Cool AM09, but it's not quite as good as it was over Prime Day. Yesterday, you could snag a 40% discount (taking it to $299.99), whereas today there's only 30% off. If you really want it, it's still a strong price-drop, though. This appliance does double-duty as a fan and a heater, meaning it'll earn its floor space all year round. It uses Dyson's Air Multiplier technology to deliver powerful hot or cool airflow, plus there's a blade-free, easy-to-clean design.

EXPIRED Head to the Big Deal Days sale at Amazon to score $150 off the V11 Origin. That's an extremely strong discount – it's very rare to see this model any cheaper. The V11 is a slightly older model in the Dyson cordless lineup, and lacks advanced features like dust particle sensing, but it's still nimble and powerful, with excellent pickup and a useful LCD screen.

EXPIRED With $180 off in the Prime sales, the HP10 is back down to its lowest-ever price – it's rare to see it going for this cheap. In our Purifier Hot+Cool Gen1 HP10 review, we were impressed by this triple-threat of an appliance – it can act as a fan, a heater, and a purifier. There's no companion app, though.

EXPIRED There's a whopping $280 off the V15 Detect Plus as part of the Big Deal Days sale at Amazon. That's an excellent discount – it's very unusual to see it this cheap. I think the V15 is the best Dyson vacuum for most people's needs, combining outstanding suction power and battery life with advanced features like dust particle sensing and automatic suction adjustment. The best deal on the V15 can be found at Currys, where there's £150 off list price. This is my favorite Dyson cordless vacuum – it nails the basics (suction, maneuverability) but adds a plethora of useful extras on top. It can sense dirt, and automatically adjust suction in response, for an effective, low-effort, battery-effficient clean. You'll get an additional floorhead especially for hard floors, and it's fitted with a laser to highlight hidden dirt.

Head to Very to snag a massive £100 off the V11 Extra cordless. The V11 is benefitting perhaps the most from the addition of a new flagship at the top of the Dyson range – there are some majorly strong deals around. This model nails the basics, offering strong suction and excellent maneuverability. Information is delivered via an LCD screen, which spells out exactly how long you have left before running out of battery in the current power mode.

Amazon has knocked 25% off the price of the Supersonic Nural, making this premium hair dryer a little more affordable. I was seriously impressed with the Nural when I tested it. It's an especially strong choice if you're concerned about hair health – there's a mode where the temperature will go up or down depending on how close the dryer is to your head, to prevent unnecessary heat damage. This deal is also available direct from Dyson.co.uk.

With 27% off at Amazon, this super-sucky upright is back at the lowest price I have on record. It's big and bulky, but packs a serious punch when it comes to power. There's a generously sized bin that'll fit in plenty of dust and pet hair, and a cord that's long enough that you won't feel tethered to the wall as you clean.

There are no Airstrait deals at Amazon right now, but head direct to Dyson to snag £150 off. This styler is aimed at people who want to combine drying and straightening into one step – it uses blades of directed air to smooth your locks as it dries them. This £150 discount is only available on the Nickel/Copper version, but the Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold colorway is reduced to £349.99 (was £449.99) if you prefer.

The V12 Detect Slim is a great choice for smaller homes, and with £120 off at Very it's great value right now. You'll get more of the same advanced features you'll find with the V15 (which it launched alongside), but for a more affordable price. That includes automatic suction adjustment and a laser-equipped floorhead. The dust cup is very small, though, which will be annoying in bigger homes or homes with pet hair to contend with.

The original Dyson Supersonic has been around for a while now, and it's a good shout if you're on the hunt for a bargain. Dyson has knocked £50 off the Nickel/Copper version, and you can grab the Prussian Blue/Rich Copper colorway with the same discount at Amazon. That taking it closer to a normal hair dryer price. Kind of. There aren't any fancy features, but you can expect powerful airflow and a slick, streamlined design. Alternatively, you can grab the Nickel/Copper version at Amazon

EXPIRED This deal just got better: there's now £60 off the Car+Boat at Amazon, taking it down to a new lowest-ever price. When I tested it for my Dyson Car+Boat review, I found this model was a big step up from other handheld vacuums, both in terms of battery life and suction power. There's a reason for that: it's actually a V8 vacuum without a wand. Nevertheless, for this price it's a worthy investment if your car is in need of a deep clean.

EXPIRED There's 23% off the Airwrap i.d. at Amazon, taking it to around £10 shy of its lowest-ever price. This deal disappeared briefly earlier today, and is now back and slightly better than it was before. I'm not sure how much longer it's going to stick around, though. I use my Airwrap i.d. every time I style my hair – the automated wrap-curl-cold shot button is an absolute game-changer, taking all the effort and skill out of creating perfectly curly styles. This deal is well worth snapping up: it's very rare to see this model going for anything like this price.

EXPIRED If you want a Dyson vacuum but don't have tons of cash to splash, the V8 is your best bet – it's the most affordable option, and right now even more so, thanks to a 30% discount at Amazon. I've seen this deal before, but it's very rare for it to be bettered. The V8 is an older model, but I have one at home and I'm consistently impressed by how smoothly it maneuvers. The cleaning power is very solid too, and the motorized Hair screw tool is great for cleaning the sofa.
