Best TV deals in Australia: I've found 19 incredible discounts on screens and soundbars from LG, Samsung, JBL and more

The B5 is LG's entry-level model, but don't think it's not a capable performer, as it's still an excellent screen. And, in this 55-inch guise, coupled with its wealth of gaming support, it makes for a fantastic addition to a smaller room or as a gaming TV.

The QNED86 represents a major improvement to LG's non-OLED TV range. It benefits from the company's 'evo' brightness-boosting tech, which has had a big impact on overall picture performance. We've not reviewed it ourselves, but our friends at T3 have given it a 4-star review, praising it for its "bright, vibrant and detailed images from 4K content".

This QNED TV doesn't get the 'evo' tech, but it does get a new processor to help it maintain greater control over colour reproduction. It's a cost-effective route into the world of LG, that's for sure.

This is a fantastic price for what I consider to be the best TV for most people right now. The C5 serves up superb colours, brightness and contrast, resulting in a TV that's perfect for most homes. This big discount makes it even easier to recommend.

The LG G5 is one of the best premium OLED TVs and a true sight to behold, serving up exceptional brightness, along with the colours and contrast we've come to expect from the technology. With it being due for a replacement in 2026, now's a great time to get the 2025 model for less.

As you can read in my LG StanByMe 2 review, after living with this quirky TV for a few weeks, I found it to be a genuinely useful addition to my home. It can attach to a rollable stand, can be used in a tabletop stand mode, or hung on a wall. It's touchscreen-enabled too, making it great for interactive games. At full price I think it's tough to recommend, but this saving helps that somewhat.

The Samsung S95F is an outstanding screen that benefits from an effective anti-glare coating on the screen to banish reflections, while delivering vibrant, punch colours and deep blacks. The result is a spectacular screen that would suit most bright Australian homes well. This is the biggest discount I've seen in some time, so one well worth jumping on if you've been holding out.

The S90F is the step-down model from the S95F, but in terms of overall performance, there's not a whole lot in it. So, if your budget can't quite stretch to the flagship, you won't be disappointed with this model. Plus, you can get in a larger size, for less. You get Anti-Glare screen, sumptuous colours and a gorgeous, slim design. The price is about AU$500 less than what I saw at the beginning of January.

The S85F is Samsung's current entry-level OLED, but given its high level of performance, you'd be forgiven for thinking it sat higher up in in the range. It serves up deep blacks, strong contrast and vibrant colours, everything you could want from an OLED TV really.

We praised it for incredible picture quality, a strong list of gaming features, and overall, providing superb value against its competitors. It's yet more proof you don't always need to spend big bucks to get big performance.

If you're a loyal Sony fan, then the company's latest Bravia 8 II QD-OLED should pique your interest. As we said in our review of the TV, it performs superbly in dimly lit conditions, serving up a picture that is "impressively punchy". Turn the lights up and things can suffer a little, but overall this is Sony's best picture quality to date. This isn't the best price I've seen on this model, but to get the deal price here, make sure to hit the Price Beat button.

A huge price drop on Sony's mid-range Bravia 5 mini-LED TV. We've not reviewed it fully just yet, but our friends at What Hi-Fi? have given it a glowing 5-star review, claiming it's able to achieve "a strong sense of contrast and stability, which joins forces with pretty much perfectly judged shadow detail to ensure that dark scenes typically look as three-dimensional and natural as bright ones." This JBL Dolby Atmos soundbar is extremely powerful and has the added benefit of removable side speakers that convert into rear speakers for a full surround effect. A good saving here on LG's 9.1.5-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar, making it a deal you really should pay attention to. It's a genuinely great and immersive soundbar. The wireless subwoofer delivers thunderous bass, while the soundbar and rear speakers work in unison to deliver effective and authentic Dolby Atmos soundtracks.

The latest version of Bose's compact soundbar impressed us in our Bose Smart Soundbar review. It delivers an overall good sound that will elevate your viewing experience in smaller rooms, especially with its Dolby Atmos processing. It's stacked with extra features, including voice control. Bass could be a bit better, but overall this is a solid choice.

As expected, the Samsung HW-Q990F dethroned its predecessor as our favourite Dolby Atmos soundbar. As we said in our review of the latest model, it's "still the best Dolby Atmos soundbar system around". The main difference here is a redesigned subwoofer that's now more compact, yet capable of delivering even greater low end weight, combined with a soundbar and speakers delivering clear, powerful audio in an 11.1.4-channel setup.

This Samsung soundbar has the clever ability to automatically adjust its sound output depending on whether it's mounted on a flat surface or on a wall. Whichever orientation you opt for, you'll be rewarded with a powerful, detail-rich sound. It's not the most accomplished performer when it comes to genuine surround sound, although we do love how well it performs with music.
